Now, let us get back to Mind Cleansing.

How many times do you tell yourself I should do this, or I should do that? I can’t do this, or I never want to do this again. How do you talk to yourself? Is it all negative, positive or a bit of both?

Watch this video to learn about how neurons in the brain and plasticity are going to help you this week with mental training to get rid of your negative thoughts or negative self-talk.

3 steps to mental cleansing and training

Step 1: This week. Make a conscious effort to observe your thoughts. Most negative thoughts come in short flashes and go undetected by the conscious mind. Markdown your thoughts

Step 2: Mark a jar with “Conscious thoughts or thoughts awareness”. For every negative thought put a penny, nickel, or dime in a jar that is marked conscious thoughts. Take this money and donate it to a good cause.

Step 3: Write down three things that you are grateful for.
